We regret to inform the public that our 2021 Fair Diddley® craft show has been prematurely CANCELLED! The Mental Health Resource League cannot guarantee the safety and welfare of our crafters, our volunteers, or the public due to the COVID-19 virus for our spring show. For that reason, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our spring show with the hopes that we can safely put on our Fall Diddley® show on October 9 and 10, 2021.

MHRL has a reputation for featuring hand-crafted, quality, original work at both the Fair Diddley® and Fall Diddley® shows. We are able to achieve this by requiring each of our vendors to be placed at one or both of the events through a juried application process. Through this process, we have been able to provide you with an outstanding display of folk art, wood carving, dried florals, pottery, painted and appliqued clothing, jewelry, fine art and much, much more.

Please come back to our website for updates regarding our 2021 craft shows!

Crafter placements in both Fair and Fall Diddley® events are on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you are a crafter and would like to stay in the same location as you've had in the past, you MUST submit your applications in a timely manner. We cannot guarantee your same location if your applications are not mailed by the due dates.

All proceeds from both shows benefit McHenry County agencies concerned with mental health services. In January, 2021 MHRL will distribute nearly $160,000.00 that was generously donated by various foundations and individuals in the McHenry County area. 16 non-profit agencies in McHenry County received these funds. We are proud to support these agencies that further the mental health industry by providing much needed mental health related services.
